We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned. Sale items, gift cards, and custom or personalized products are also non-returnable.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
