All GLOSS COMPANY orders ship from our US warehouse for fast nationwide delivery. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about delivery timelines, returns, and how to reach us if anything goes wrong with your order.


Shipping

We currently ship across the United States.

Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 2 PM EST often ship the same day.

Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Standard US delivery typically arrives within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Address accuracy: Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. GLOSS COMPANY is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.


Returns

Due to the nature of professional beauty products, we do not accept returns of opened or used items — this is industry standard for hygiene and product safety.

Unopened products: If you received a product you no longer need and it remains unopened and in original packaging, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a return assessment.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. Our team will review your request and offer a replacement or appropriate solution at no extra cost to you.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll send the correct item and arrange return of the incorrect one at no cost to you.
