Exchange and return


In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” dated 19.03.1994 No. 172 (Article 9) “On the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine”, a list of goods not subject to exchange (return) is indicated, namely:

  • Perfumery and cosmetic products;
  • Gel polishes;
  • Sanitary hygiene items;
  • Disposable products;
  • Brushes, brush sets;
  • Files, buffs, polishers;
  • Manicure tools;
  • Promotions and discounted goods.

IMPORTANT! Such goods can only be returned if a factory defect is found. Upon receipt, carefully check the parcel and make sure that the ordered goods are in proper condition. The product cannot be returned after the fact of at least one-time use or damage to the packaging.

Also, Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” provides for the consumer’s right to exchange a non-food product of good quality for a similar one if the purchased product does not fit in shape, size, style, color, size, or for other reasons cannot be used for its intended purpose.
This applies to products on such as UV / LED lamps. Exchange is possible within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase. The exchange of goods is made if it has not been used and if its presentation, consumer properties, seals, labels and a payment document issued by the seller along with the goods are preserved. If at the time of exchange the desired product is not on sale, the consumer has the right to terminate the sales contract and get the money back.



If, upon receipt of the order, you find a factory defect, you can return such a product. IMPORTANT! This can be done only if the order was placed on the official website. A refund is possible to the details you specified. Refunds will take on average up to 7 business days after we receive the returned item at our warehouse.
